Full description

This necklace is truly unique! I made it from scratch using two techniques. The bib consists of three large and three small Dorset buttons, made using traditional techniques of working deep royal blue and lighter blue cotton thread around brass rings. The three large buttons also have multicolour beads. The braid was made using the ancient craft of Japanese Kumihimo braiding.

I have used nickel-free silver-plated jewellery findings, inlcuding an adjustable lobster clasp and chain.

Measurements-

Total bib width - 9.8cm (3.9")

Inner circumference of necklace adjustable from 51cm (20.07") to 56cm (22")

Large buttons - 3.3cm (1.3" ) diameter

Small buttons - 2cm (.78") diameter

This eye-catching necklace would be perfect to add a little shine to a plain top or dress for the festive season.

I will supply the necklace in an organza bag.
