Thank you for taking a look at my brand new shop.
I will post all items FIRST CLASS, either as normal letters or large letters (depending on the thickness of the items). The only items that will not be posted First Class are my frames due to cost. I know the postage costs have gone up a lot in recent months but I hope it doesn't put you off.

I learnt the art of quilling many years ago and have been perfecting it over the years. I like using quilling papers and other materials together and experimenting with new designs. In this case, I have used beautiful patterned paper and buttons. All designs are my own.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A unique handmade card made using quality materials brown kraft card, special patterned paper (recycled cotton paper), green quilling paper strips, wooden star buttons and tiny red buttons. The greeting is printed onto sketching paper.
