The clip (which you can use as money clip, credit card holder, gift cards holder or a wallet) is made of metal and the piece on the top is real, Swiss watch movement. What a conversation piece! The watch movement measures 18 mm almost 34 inch
The pink dots on the watch heart are true rubies.
