Full description
These resin coasters are new to Art By Tarnia. They make wonderful bespoke gifts and are in extremely limited supply.
The set contains a resin stand/container and 4 coasters. The coasters are all unique even though they share a common theme.
The exterior dimensions of the stand/container are 10cm wide by 6.5cm long by 3.75cm tall.
The coasters themselves are 8.5cm square and 7mm deep.
The beach themed coasters have glitter, real sand, shells, starfish, pebbles and bubbles contained within eco friendly resin on the base and are top coated with a heat resistant resin.
The heat resistant resin makes the coasters suitable for cups of tea and items up to 175°C. this top coat feels not quite so hard as the base coat or the stand. This quality makes it ideal for withstanding the temperatures and scratch and chip resistant. However, it does mean that the coasters require a layer of greaseproof paper or cloth in-between them to prevent them from sticking to each other. I have made paper dividers and they come with the set.
