HANDSPUN, KNITTED ASYMMETRICAL SCARF SHAWL OR WRAP
I handspun some lovely high quality merino wool in shades of purple, pink and green. There are also textured slubs of silk in various colours.
I then knitted this shawl or scarf, striping the yarns using garter stitch and lacy trellis stitch. I added two tassels which give weight to the two ends.
This would make a great gift for a friend or family member.
The 'wingspan' measures a generous 99" (251.5cm) and it measures 16" (41cm) at the widest point. This unique shawl or wrap can be worn many ways. Please see all the photos.
I can make similar scarves, shawls or wraps in other colours. I am happy to take custom orders.
