Full description

Shooting Comet Wool brooch with fresh water pearl.

Using a needle felting technique to blend the wool and free flow embroidery to create a mini cosmic scene. The fresh water pearl represents the shooting comet. Framed with mini glass sead beads in silver glass and pearl.

Merino wool and flex of sari silk are blended into the design.

The back has a simple silver metal click open and shut brooch pin.

A statement brooch in a large size that will compliment many winter fashions.

A lovely handmade gift for the winter season or a Christmas gift for someone special made in my studio in Kent. England.

A new addition to my art brooch collection.

The brooch will be wrapped in pretty tissue with cord twine and sent in a padded envelope by Royal Mail. Second class post.

Designed by Julie Penkova in London
