All items being returned, must be returned its original packaging and item being returned must be in its unused, untarnished, unworn & original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please use tracked postal service only. Custom orders & commissions are not eligible for returns/exchanges or refunds. Any breakages within 6 months will be fixed or replaced. No refunds.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

P R O C E S S
The stone is cut, then hand carved & inlaid with gold. The 24ct gold leaf is inlaid into the carved grooves.
K I N T S U G I
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pieces back together with gold painted over the top — a metaphor for embracing your flaws and imperfections
M A L A C H I T E
Malachite is known as the "stone of transformation" and is said to represent growth, abundance, and positive change. It's also said to help reveal and heal emotional pain, and to strengthen intuition.

Your item will arrive in either a hessian pouch & brown postal box or black box and ribbon as standard. If you would like one of my white logo gift boxes (see photo's) with a short message from you added, please buy this separately from my shop.
