Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

For cancellations, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase, as all my Jewellery is made to order, once I start making it, I cannot cancel it. I accept returns of necklaces (within 14 days) and give refunds less the postage I paid to send your item, you must also pay the postage to return item to me and item must be unused/unopened in its original condition for both box and necklace. I do not accept returns for rings or give refunds, as they are all made to order and custom made/size to fit each customer. On receipt of your ring, If there are any faults or any breakages during transit, I offer to fix it or a replacement only, no refunds. This is my policy, please only order if you agree with these terms. Thank you for your understanding.
