Full description
Sometimes you find a piece of art glass that is beautiful on its own, and needs no further decoration. I love the soft beachy colours and thought this piece was just perfect to make into a little dish.
The glass is a limited edition opaque art glass, peacock opal, paired with soft brown and grey to create the swirling tones and hues during the production process. Each sheet of glass is entirely unique.
I've cut it to a 10cm square, fired it in the kiln to round off the edges, and the fired it again over a mould to achieve the shape. The finished size is 9cm square, with a maximum depth of 2.5cm.
Ideal for trinkets, small change, a little guest soap, a tealight, any manner of small treasures, or just for display.
Care of your glass: Handwashing and drying with a soft cloth is recommended.
