Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This Christmas card with an image of a child with a snowman, waving as Santa's sleigh flies by has the message Have A Merry Little Christmas.
The front of the card has a background of snowflakes in white against a pale grey background printed onto quality gloss card. A central square card topper with the image of a small child with a dog and a snowman waving up at Santa's sleigh as it flies overhead.
The topper has been raised on foam pads to add dimension above a band of silver metallic ribbon.
A tag shaped message with the greeting Have A Merry Little Christmas has been added in the top right corner. This has been tied with matching silver ribbon and again raised on foam pads.
A strip of blue snowy card has been added down the right hand edge inside the card, with a small circular image of a child waving.
The card measures approximately 14.5cm square. It is supplied with a white envelope and inside a clear poly bag and a board backed envelope for protection.
Your order will be posted by 2nd class post within 1 working day (excludes Sunday and bank holidays).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
