Full description
Here is my twist on festive earrings inspired by the beautiful and distinctive holly leaf. To create the main body of the Holly leaf, I have used heat to fuse a dappled and textured layer of silver onto copper and hammered them into concaved forms from flat sheet. The centre holds a cluster of delicate handsewn glass seed beads in pale greens and creamy golden yellow which can be seen both front and back. At the base of the handmade silver hook ear wires are two silver balls representing the iconic berries. Handmade and totally unique - festive jewellery can be a stylish affair.
