My good friend asked me to make her Memory Friends in honour of her treasured Maman, from her favourite dresses and cardigans. I was deeply touched to be asked to do this, and would like to offer this service to others.
NOTE : This item is made from a sewing pattern designed by Rachel Leggett at @cwtch.and.bloom and is used with permission. Slight alterations to the pattern have been made by me.

Bunny Friend. Memories are precious, even more so as time goes by and our loved ones grow up or leave us, one way or another.
Memory Friends are made from a loved one’s clothing items, or from material that has sentimental importance. It may be your wedding gown, or a collection of your baby’s first outfits. Perhaps you wish to keep a treasured parent close, even though you have parted in this life.
I will take your items and carefully and lovingly turn them into a decorative softie to be treasured for years to come. Images show SAMPLES.
As an optional extra, I can add a sample of your loved one's own handwriting. This shall be free machine embroidered onto a heart then stitched by hand to the foot or attached to a coordinating ribbon to tie around the neck. A bow tie or buttons from the garments can be added, as can embroidered dates.
I use safety toy eyes and synthetic toy stuffing, but it must be emphasised that these are not toys and are not intended to be played with. CE testing is not possible due to the fabric changing with each Friend and they are not intended to be given to children.
Size - these designs are sewn in a permanent sitting position and sit approximately 30 cm (12 inches) high.
