Christmas posting dates are approaching. My last order date for Christmas delivery within the UK is Wednesday 17 December. Orders placed after this may arrive after the 25th. Royal Mail delays are outside my control, especially in December, but every order will be made and dispatched with care.
Fully customisable, made to order options are available. Many of my pieces can be tailored to you, whether that is custom colours, different sizes, UV protected finishes or adapting an indoor pot for outdoor use. Custom orders take up to 7 days to make, so please order these earlier if you would like them before Christmas. I will always let you know the estimated delivery time when you order.
International orders, including the US, are welcome but may not arrive in time for Christmas as delivery times vary. Please allow extra time for these deliveries.
Screen colours can vary slightly, and handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help preserve the vibrancy of the colours. If you have an idea, send me a message and I will be happy to help design a piece for your space.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a set of four grey highland cow coasters. Each coaster features a debossed design of a straight on view of a highland cow’s face. They are handcrafted from a premium British alpha plaster called Crystacast, which offers a luxurious marble-like feel. These coasters will make an ideal gift for animal lovers and nature enthusiasts or a delightful treat for yourself. The coasters come with cork on the base to safeguard your surfaces and avoid slippage. To make them stain resistant they are sealed with an acrylic matte sealer. To maintain the protective coating, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and ensure any spillages are wiped up promptly.
Please note that as a handmade product, some air bubbles may be present, contributing to the individuality of each piece.
