Custom pieces are made to order. While listings state up to 7 days to dispatch, custom orders may currently take a little longer due to colder temperatures and increased curing times. I will always keep you updated if this affects your order.
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within two working days. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow your order’s progress.
Please note that screen colours can vary slightly. Handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help preserve their colour over time.

Inspired by the quiet charm of the countryside, these coasters celebrate the calm, characterful presence of the Highland cow. Designed to bring a small moment of warmth and grounding to everyday rituals, they add a gentle, tactile pause to tea breaks, coffee moments and shared conversations around the table.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Set of four grey Highland cow coasters, handmade decorative drink coasters for coffee tables, desks and sideboards, and a thoughtful gift for animal lovers and country home decor fans.
Each coaster features a debossed Highland cow face design, shown straight on, with fine line details. The neutral grey colour works beautifully in modern, rustic and farmhouse interiors, making these coasters easy to style in everyday living spaces.
The coasters are handmade from a water-based mineral material with a smooth, stone-like feel. They have a satisfying weight and solid feel, helping them stay in place during use. Each coaster is sealed for protection to help improve stain resistance during everyday use. Cork pads are attached to the base to protect your surfaces and prevent slipping.
As with all handmade pieces, small air bubbles or subtle surface variations may be present. These are a natural part of the making process and add to the individuality and character of each set.
Approximate dimensions: 10 cm diameter x 1 cm height per coaster.
Your order will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged using reused or recycled materials wherever possible.
