Hi and welcome to Born Again Bears. This name began as the first bears I made were as keepsakes and memories, made by bringing precious items back to new beginnings as special bears to cherish.
I enjoy making all different types and sizes of bears and indeed mice and have enjoyed becoming part of the Folksy family as an outlet for this.
International postage is a new area for me and I will happily combine postage. Please contact me for a price for this and I will do what I can to keep the cost as low as possible.
Having made several mice with themes I keep getting more seasonal ideas to include them in.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
If you order more than one item I will always combine the total and refund any extra postal cost. I prefer, whenever possible, to post by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked so your order arrives as quickly and safely as it can.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Dora is a baby mouse in my series of mice being only just over 2.5" tall when she stretches her ears. As with the others she has been thread jointed so you can place her as you wish. She has stitched in Onyx eyes and an embroidered nose and claws and is made from a beautiful soft velvet fabric with felt paw pads and ears. Hand stitched in separate parts turned, filled then jointed together so a very fiddly process when this tiny, but I do love a mouse.
Dora is the twin of a mouse I designed and made for my mouse house and she is well known for always being in the midst of any mischief that is happening, I'm sure this little creature looks like trouble too!
Dora has brought her rope ladder to a pumpkin she fancies climbing but after all that hard work really just needs a rest. The pumpkin has been knitted and has a crocheted stalk which the ladder loops over or it can come off altogether.
Dora is a collectable mouse and would not be suitable as a toy for young children.
