Full description
Reflecting the many hues of the deep honeyed yellows and lilacs visible as the sun sets in the sky, this soft lightweight scarf features a changing gradient of sunset colours. My hand-spun yarn, comprising 50% baby camel and 50% silk, was woven on my loom in plain weave onto a lilac-coloured Tencel warp. The scarf is 146cm long (excluding tassels) and 18cm wide, an ideal size for wearing around the neck. Hand-wash carefully at low temperature and lie flat to air dry; the scarf can be ironed at low heat.
