I am only accepting orders from customers in England, Scotland and Wales at the moment, as the GPSR for EU and NI comes into effect. For UK customers (exc NI) I offer free postage as standard, using Royal Mail 2nd Class and I always try to get your order in the post within 24 hours of it being made.
I've added postage upgrades to some of my more popular Christmas items, so you can choose to pay to have your item posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24, or Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you'd like to buy an item that doesn't have this option and you want to get it faster, just drop me a message before you buy and I can add this to the item.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This beautiful quality Christmas wrapping paper comes in three designs:
- Come to the Party: featuring a jolly selection of festive coastal birds getting ready for xmas
- Starry Night: Magical stars twinkle above a forest
- Vintage Baubles: A set of illustrations inspired by vintage glass decorations
All hand-illustrated in pen and ink from my studio in Northumberland, before being digitised and coloured.
Each design uses a complementary colour palette in fresh and modern turquoises, pinks and blues, and each sheet of paper comes with x2 matching gift tags.
Pack includes:
x6 large sheets of wrapping paper (500x700mm) folded to A4 (x2 of each design)
x12 gift tags (x4 of each design)
Printed in the North East of England onto a recycled thick paper and card, respectively. Because these items don't have any coatings or foiling, they are easy to recycle with your normal paper waste.
