Welcome to The Bothy! All items are handmade by me, and incorporate natural materials either found or produced here in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
UK DELIVERY: All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Unfortunately as of 13 December 2024 I can no longer accept orders from Northern Ireland. Orders placed from NI after this date will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Regrettably I'm unable to send to the EU, but post everywhere else using Royal Mail International Standard delivery. Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
If postage costs turn out to be lower than expected, I will refund the difference.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This necklace features a lovely piece of teal-green sea glass collected from a local Highland beach. The glass is set in a handmade bezel, made using 5mm fine silver bezel strip with a sterling silver back plate. It measures 2.6cm from the top of the bail. The sterling silver belcher chain has a bolt ring clasp and is 45cm (18 inches) long (see photo for how this looks).
Care instructions: To prevent water getting under the sea glass, it's advisable to remove the necklace when showering or swimming etc.
All my jewellery packaging is biodegradable.
