Pause celebrates things that maybe thrown away, and ignored, having exhausted their use.
A grass seedhead, dried and continued by embroidery on heavy watercolour paper.
Every piece of art is unique and produced by hand, no machine embroidery here, often reflecting the seasons.
Floating from the background and mounted in a box frame to enhance the textures and depth.
Everything I make is inspired by nature, and the result maybe abstract or literal. I work with clay, fabric and thread, and found objects from the countryside and seashore.
Your purchase will be beautifully wrapped, and where possible, I use recycled packaging for the outer packing.
