Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A brightly coloured choice of handmade cards, each with a different inspirational message or saying.
Love makes the world go round: on bright red with shimmery silver ink
Never apologise for who you are: on bright yellow with shimmery gold ink
You make me happy: on a choice of turquoise, purple or yellow with black ink.
Each comes with a matching brightly coloured envelope.
Each has a handmade stamp on the back and the inside is left blank for your own message.
Size: approx 5”x5”

These are hand made items so minor blemishes, differences in colour, and occasionally a tiny size difference may occur.
The set will be sent to you in a cellulose bag inside an envelope with a card backing to prevent damage during transit. No additional charge for up to 3 cards.
If wished, I could hand write your own personal message inside and send direct to the recipient to save a second postage cost. Please message me to discuss.
