These metal stars have a burnished finish.
The star shape is Primitive American Folk Art
The burnishing is unique to each one so no two will be alike.
The colourings within the range through gold, brown, blue, silver and purple.
The metal is harder than rusty tin.
These were very difficult to photo due to the shininess of the metal and the reflection from the camera lens.
i think that they look a bit garish in the pictures . The actual stars are not just as bright.
