Full description
This little lady looks as though she has just stepped out of the pages of a story book. Her weathered face shows that she dwells outdoors, and her clothes are the colours of autumn. She would make an eye-catching addition to your home, sitting on your side table, or living among your books or houseplants.
She has been made over a wire armature, with coloured wool sculpted to shape with a needle. Her coat is wet felted. Her beautiful long hair is made from my hand spun Merino wool in shades of green.
She measures approximately 34 cm (13.5 inches) from her toes to the top of her hat.
All of my wool has been purchsed from ethical sources.
As with all of my sculptures this figurine is intended for decorative purposes only and is not a toy. Due to small parts and the wire framework she should be kept out of reach of children and animals.
