Full description
An abstract painting of a badger, with thick textured paint used to make the geometric shapes that form the cubist animal. The badger is made up of cream, black and grey shapes, which stand out against a background of warm oranges and reds.
This original cubist badger art is painted on a 24cm x 30cm canvas with 1.8cm deep edges (9.4" x 11.8" x 0.7"). The heavy body acrylic paint was applied with a palette knife to get a variety of thick, textured patterns. The paint carries on over the edges of the canvas so there is no need for framing. The canvas is signed on the front and dated on the back, and has a string attached across the back so it's ready to hang.
The abstract wildlife painting will be securely wrapped with bubblewrap and cardboard to prevent any damage during shipping, and will be sent Royal Mail special delivery.
