Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This engagement card has a picture of a champagne bottle with 2 glasses and the message 'Congratulations!'
The card has a topper showing a bottle of champagne next to two glasses, one with a sparkling engagement ring inside, printed on quality gloss card in shades of pink, white, grey and black. Surrounding the image are stars, hearts and horseshoes in white and foiled silver.
The topper has been raised on foam pads and mounted at an angle onto a toning black glossy card background with a printed band of gold dots on cream down the right hand edge.
Along the bottom of the inside of the card is a band of toning card with pink stripes and engagement rings and the message 'Congratulations!'.
This is a tent fold card (the fold is across the top) and measures approximately 17.5cm by 12.5cm.
With a matching white envelope it will be posted in a polythene bag and a board backed envelope for protection.
Your order will be posted within 1 working day (excludes Sunday and bank holidays).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
