I like the imagery of the 50's female icons, and this is my way of emulating that. The original image was created and then digitised for machine embroidery which created a quite striking piece of textile art.
Excuse the poor photography, tried to minimise the reflection as much as possible.

Full description
An original design digitised and stitched out onto matt dark grey fabric background. It is fairly monochrome with just flashes of red for the lips and headband.
It is supplied frame - frame size 21.5 x 26.5cm
