I live near the sea in the village of Hemsby, situated on the Norfolk coast.

Sewing and creating is a lifestyle choice! I am at my happiest when I am creating something new, hence why my offerings on Folksy can be a little eclectic. I like to continually try new things and experiment.

Sewing, embroidery, patchwork and applique will all make appearances in my items. One of my favourite occupations is to create artwork using AI and then digitising to machine embroidery to create textile art. But, of course, I can't stop there.....I also like to dabble with creating stencils and using textile paints to embellish what would otherwise be pedestrian objects.

William Morris said that we should have nothing in our houses that you do not know to be beautiful or believe to be useful. This is a mantra that I try to live up to and like to share with others - visit Made in Hemsby regularly, as you never know (neither do I) what is coming next!
