I lived in Sheffield from the age of 10. We now live in a small town near the borders of Yorkshire and Derbyshire but we know Sheffield very well indeed! That was the inspiration for this illustrative drawing with watercolour wash. The research was thorough and it was difficult to choose which iconic places or buildings to include. This is one of two Sheffield scenes.
