Full description
Created using strips of silk fabric this picture has been needle felted to remove the need for stitching. Wool and silk fibres have been added to blend the colours and add detail and the birds added using black thread. The resulting picture is an idyllic beach scene with plenty of colour and texture.
The picture size is approximately 4.5" x 2.5" and it has been mounted using an off white card mount and framed in a simple 6"x4" black frame. The frame has both a hanging hook and a prop stand on the reverse allowing it to be displayed either on the wall or a shelf.
Note: the frame is supplied glazed but the glass has been removed for photographs to avoid unwanted reflections.
