The North East of England has some stunning coastline and one of my local beaches has a beautiful lighthouse which was the main inspiration for this picture. It seemed a natural choice to select some sea pebbles from my collection to form the base of the lighthouse and then build colour and shape using complementary shades of sea glass. The boat was formed using a white pebble and a shell fragment which I have had in my collection for a while waiting for the right picture to come along.

An original design sea glass, shell and pebble picture made with pebbles, shells and sea glass gathered from beaches in the North East of England.
Supplied in a grey wooden box frame with hanging hook. Frame size approx. 10 in x 10in (20cm x 20cm)
