Slender 80% dark chocolate bar topped with crystallised ginger.
Introduced to Europe by the Romans in the 1st Century, ginger is one of the world's oldest food products and has been embraced both for its medicinal properties and its delicious, unique taste. Succulent and full of flavour, these delicious 'jewels' lend the perfect amount of spicy warmth to our smooth 80% dark chocolate.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (88%): 80% cocoa solids minimum, cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins. Ginger (12%): ginger, raw cane sugar.
