Deliciously Different Chocolate Gifts & Treats

Several years ago during a trip to the United States, I discovered a delicious product called 'Peppermint Bark' - a speciality created solely for the holiday season, consisting of layers of white and milk/dark chocolate and crushed candy cane. For years, I tried in vain to buy something similar in the UK, before deciding to track down an authentic recipe and 'have a go' myself.

After taste tasting and lots of positive feedback from family and friends, I decided to foray into the world of the chocolatier and Robins & Sons fine handmade 'Chocolate Crackle' was born, and my transition from NHS worker to self employed small business owner began.

Since then, the product range has grown and in addition to 'Mint Chocolate Crackle', we now sell our unique recipe 'Orange Chocolate crackle' (using Valencian orange oil extract), and a host of other delicious chocolate treats including Sicilian Lemon Crunch, our 'Purist' bar containing smooth Ugandan 80% dark chocolate, and succulent, whole Spanish orange slices dipped in dark or milk chocolate, amongst others.

All products are handmade and recipes contain only high quality cocoa products, natural plant and fruit oil extracts and ingredients that are free from any artificial colours or flavours.
