Being by the sea has always been a wonderful way for me to calm my mind so it was an obvious inspiration for this workshop. The perfect combination of two things that I find calming and meditative - the sea and stitching.
Make Your Own Happy is a positive brand focusing on the importance of creativity as a method of self-care. It was started by myself, Donna, as an antidote to the stress from my job as a teacher. Through my kits and workshops I hope to encourage and support others to use crafting as a way to slow down, relax and find joy in quiet moments of creativity.
