All items are sent via 2nd class to save on postage costs.
However, pet portraits can be sent 1st class if requested at extra cost.
Guinea Pigs are wonderful animals, I have three myself and love to draw them.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A fun Guinea pig themed card of a cute guinea pig who appears to have ate too much and left some droppings!
Drawn on my Ipad.
This card has two options, either handmade fully by myself as it is printed by me and carefully attached to a 7x5" white blank card. Or you can have it printed professionally on a matte recycled card, which is smaller at 6x4".
If you select the handmade version, I will carefully package it without any plastic in a "Do not bend' envelope with 2nd class postage.
Handmade details:
Printed on matte 230 gsm card.
The image is carefully stuck onto a blank white card - giving it a raised effect.
White envelope provided.
