Welcome to my Folksy shop. I love British wildlife and nature, and these are the inspiration behind my designs.
I create original textile art using a combination of fabric appliqué, freehand machine embroidery and hand embroidery.
The designs are scanned by my local printer, and digitally printed onto coasters, placemats, tea towels, tote bags and greetings cards. I also make handmade cards and beautiful hanging decorations for your home.

Handmade fabric applique and freehand machine embroidered bug / insect cards - ladybird, dragonfly, butterfly, bee and snail.
Set of 5 small notelets in 5 different colours - Almond, Cocoa, Kiwi, Olive and Lavender. The cards incorporate fibres from food processing by-products, and each shade is named after its blended ingredient!
I have stitched each creature on my sewing machine (but NOT using a pre-programmed machine!), so they might slightly differ from the photo, making everyone unique and special.

Natural Fibres:15% (By-products from food processing)
Envelopes: 125x125mm 100% recycled envelope in Hairy Manilla (Kraft Brown).
