The lighthouse in Burnham on sea is something I pass nearly every day. It seems out of place in a residential area quite some distance from the sea. The area between is made up of marsh, sand dunes and mud banks, so this was as close such a large structure could be built. Now a holiday home, small vessels still use the red stripe to navigate the sand banks as they come up the river, lining it up with the iconic 9 legged light on the sa ds and the church tower.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
The tall light, mini linoprint of the tall lighthouse at Burnham on sea in Somerset. Now no longer lit, it is situated amongst houses along the main road between Burnham and Berrow rather than on the coast.
10cm square print on 14cmsquare Bristol board or watercolour paper. A limited edition reduction linoprint of 19, 2 layers, in 3 colourways.
