I love to source fabrics along the theme of planets, stars and of course the sun and the moon. This fabric - 'Follow the sun' was inspired by a Liberty scarf from the late 1950s and drawn in fine liner pen, Follow The Sun hints at the life-giving force and healing powers of the sun.

Bring a little sunshine with you wherever you go, wearing these delightful dangle earrings.
They’ve been created from 100% cotton Tana Lawn fabric by Liberty of London, called ‘Follow the Sun’ from their Spring/Summer Kaleidoscope 2023 collection.
These earrings feature a sun with a hand-drawn face and pointed dual coloured rays in lilac and deep orange. The suns are floating in a sky of deep pink, purple and clouds of bright green and blue – just peeking over the sun in the corner.
I’ve created 19mm flat back buttons featuring these suns and secured them into antique bronze plated scallop-edged settings. I’ve added antique bronze plated earring hooks with ball and scroll detail. These are made from high quality brass.
The total drop for these sunny earrings measure just under 4cm – they make a lovely statement piece, without too much weight.
As they feature a lovely selection of colours, they will no doubt match many outfits in your spring and summer wardrobe and make a great pair of earrings to wear whilst on your holiday to a sunny destination!
These colourful fabric button earrings will come to you safe and carefully packaged in a UK Made eco-friendly recycled kraft card jewellery box with brand logo on the top - perfect for gifting to someone who loves celestial style jewellery (or to keep as a gift for yourself!)
