I love the gracious little curve in the Ash stems, they could be dancing gently across the paper. Ash trees have had such a hard time in recent years due to disease spreading and reducing their number, it felt right to celebrate them while I could.

Full description
Originality is written all over this Cyanotype, a pretty, cheerful, eye-catching, one-of-a-kind piece. Created by using pressed Ash leaves and Cyanotype, with multiple exposure times. The blue leaves have been enhanced by the addition of some white ink dots and the white leaves seem to pop off the page. 'Onn' is the Irish name of the seventeenth letter of the ancient Ogham alphabet, meaning "ash-tree", just so you know!!
This Original Photogram was created on 300gsm acid-free water colour paper, which was then placed onto a wooden artist cradle and cold waxed polished for protection.
Named ‘Onn’ it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as an Original Artwork 1/1. The artwork is fitted with d rings and corded ready to be hung.
The Artwork size is 28cm x 36cm x 2cm deep. The wooden artist cradle is made from (FSC®) responsibly sourced wood.
The photogram will be, well-wrapped and posted in a protective box and delivered by tracked Royal Mail.
