I am only accepting orders from customers in England, Scotland and Wales at the moment, as the GPSR for EU and NI comes into effect. For UK customers (exc NI) I offer free postage as standard, using Royal Mail 2nd Class and I always try to get your order in the post within 24 hours of it being made.
I've added postage upgrades to some of my more popular Christmas items, so you can choose to pay to have your item posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24, or Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you'd like to buy an item that doesn't have this option and you want to get it faster, just drop me a message before you buy and I can add this to the item.
In 2024 I took part in an illustration challenge to draw a British Songbird every day throughout the month of February, in support of the charity Songbird Survival. I had such an amazing time illustrating birds and finding out more about them and their Conservation Status (how endangered a species is), that I wanted to take some of the illustrations and create a collection. My British Songbirds collection includes an A4 art print, a tea towel, a selection of square note cards and some wooden coasters. All of the products are eco-friendly and made in the UK and I deliver everything plastic-free.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Choose four options from this collection of seven different illustrations of British Songbirds, drawn in ink and painted with watercolour with a hand-written name label. The birds featured include: blackbird, blue tit, coal tit, house sparrow, robin, song thrush and wren.
Blank inside for your own message, these sustainably-printed note cards on recycled cardstock with a kraft envelope are a delightful way to share your love for Britain's birdlife. Cards are 15cm x 15cm.
15% of profits from sales of all items in by British Songbirds collection will go to the Northumbria Wildlife Trust, who look after a range of different bird habitats in Northumberland, where I'm based.
