Working as a counsellor, with both adults and children, I'm often helping clients cope with anxiety, worry and attachment issues. Practising mindfulness, can really help ease these problems. Grounding is a great way to calm our-selves when we feel really overwhelmed. Therefore I wanted to create something I could hand out to my clients. This was when the Panic Button was born. Something visual, simple and discreet but can be personal to the individual, a favourite colour of theirs of a loved one they missed or felt safe with. My clients have said how much these have helped, and I hope they can help many more.
