ATTENTION: Due to the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) rules coming into force from 13 December, I will no longer be shipping to any EU country, which also includes Northern Ireland after this date. I'm a big tea drinker and have been brought up on Earl Grey tea, since I was a child (thanks to my Mom!) I learned about Japanese tea drinking ceremonies, in lessons at high school and have been fascinated by Japanese culture, arts and crafts ever since. This gorgeous fabric in teal and gold, just makes these teapot designs pop!

Looking for a unique gift for a tea drinker? Then these teapot earrings will be perfect!
These teapot dangle earrings have been handmade from 100% cotton fabric featuring an assortment of teapots – all different shapes and sizes – in gold metallic line art finish on a deep teal green background.
I’ve made a pair of 23mm flat back fabric covered button using two teapots with a flower on the centre in a Japanese style. I also added some polyester toy stuffing to create a nice dome to the button.
A 2.2cm FSC approved plywood disc has then been secured into the reverse of each button and I’ve simply sealed the wood with acrylic varnish to let the natural grain of the wood shine through.
I’ve teamed these cute earrings with gold plated stainless steel earring hooks with scroll detail, that have been attached to the earring with gold plated leaf shaped bails. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and great for those with sensitive skin.
These earrings a good size, have a total drop length of 4.5cm, yet are equally wearable and light enough to wear all day.
