A gorgeous vintage fabric book, ready for you to add your own personal touches and covet as a keepsake.
The front cover is an antique log cabin, patchwork block, unbacked.
The back cover is a linen square coaster, with tiny eyelets sub dividing the fabric into 16 squares. These can just be left plain, or you could embroider or applique a teeny piece of stitching into each square, to create a decorative back cover.
Inside there are 5 pages of vintage French linen, again to add either embroideries or applique work to. Inside the front and back covers are pages created from vintage lace.
The front cover measures 14cm x 13cm.
The whole book is bound with a piece of red antique fabric, which came off an old quilt. In the top left hand corner is a tied piece of twine, which could be undone, and tied, to create a hanging loop.
Please note that all the fabrics are vintage or antique, and may show signs of wear, commensurate with their age. Please do not purchase if you like your vintage fabrics to be perfect.
