Inspired by life in a rural Dartmoor hamlet and with easy access to Devon's coastline, fulfils our love for the sea. Drawing from observations, creative exploration and boundless imagination to inform the forms, compositions and colour palettes. From the rich golden and amber hues of autumn to the lush greens of summer, the purple shades of blooming heather and the silvery-grey tones of the granite tors.
Contrasted against the coastal palette with its shades of deep blue and turquoise. Whether on the coast or inland, how the sky's transformative power can change a landscape, from the warm tones of orange, pink, and purple to the moody greys, adds depth and drama. Reminding me of the profound beauty surrounding me every day I venture out. For this, I am endlessly grateful.
