I am long overdue in making a series of prints inspired by my home town - beautiful Oxford. I am very lucky to live is such an inspiring city and want to produce some prints of my favourite views. This is the first design of (I hope) an on going series.
'Tom Tower' is the gate house to Christ Church college and contains the bell of the same name. Designed by Christopher Wren in the 1680's. We have often stood under the tree opposite eating icecream from the nearby G&D's cafe and I love the way the open gate gives glimspes of the quad beyond.
