USA CUSTOMERS - The shipping prices in my shop now include the new UK/USA shipping tariff & postal delivery duties paid.
Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

One of a kind, hand dyed artist teddy bear, a collectable dressed bear by Bearlescent
Meet Eddie, 12" tall and handmade from an original Bearlescent pattern using a quality hand dyed alpaca fabric in charcoal grey with hints of green.
Eddie is fully jointed with cotter pin fitments, has black safety eyes fitted and a hand embroidered nose.
Eddie is traditionally styled, he has a lovely nature and a gentle sweet face, he would happily fit into any surroundings.
Eddie wears a hand knitted hoodie sweater in salmon pink dk acrylic and wool yarn, herringbone tweed trousers in charcoal grey with a little flat cap resting between his ears to match and is finished with little brown faux leather shoe boots.
He wears his name on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Eddie has been added to my ever growing bear register and will arrive with birth certificate.
He was revisited in February 2026 when I made huge changes to him including a complete outfit overhaul after he sat on the shelf for quite some time in orange knitted dungarees, I also made his ears smaller and did some very gentle sculpting to his face.
He has been designed as an adult collectable bear and is not suitable for children under 14 as he has traditional cotter pin joints and toys require plastic joints.
Eddie will be carefully wrapped and sent by Royal mail tracked 48 parcel post.
