Full description
A hand stamped vintage silver plated soup spoon with the words 'THE DARK SIDE OF THE SPOON' inside one edge of the bowl. It's a plain 'old english' style spoon measuring approximately 17.5cm long.
You will receive the spoon shown in the photographs. The lettering is stamped with vintage steel dies and coloured with a non-toxic and water-based ink. Wash carefully by hand as the colour is not indestructible - the lettering, however, is stamped into the metal and should last pretty much as long as the spoon does.
Please note this is a vintage spoon (I think it's 1920s to 1930s) so it does have tarnish, hairline scratches and wear marks that make it look a bit battered, although these in no way affect its functionality as a spoon and it is honestly shinier than my photos make it look. I have reduced the price to a fiver and put it in the bargain bin anyway.
