I`m fascinated by fossils and this is one of a series of artworks with ammonites as the main subject. Drawn from life, as I was lucky enough to borrow some to work from.

Full description
Ammonites and other fossil forms make up the design of this original coloured pencil drawing.
In shades of rust, yellow and green, the edges of the drawing are fragmented and irregular, like the fossils themselves. The drawing delicate and linear in places, which adds to depth in contrast to the more solid forms.
Made with quality Caran D`ache Luminence pencils, the colours are light fast, but as with any drawing, it should not be hung in bright sunlight.
On A3 size heavyweight acid free cartridge paper.
Supplied unframed, packed flat with stiff backing board, wrapped in cellophane for protection and shipped in a box.
