A thoughtful gift to give someone whose special much loved pet has passed away. This version is for a French Bulldog but all cat & dog breeds plus other animals are available.

A 20mm thick free-standing piece of natural slate can be placed in the garden near one of your dog's favourite places or on the top of a mid to large planter or in a flower bed. Inside the home, this can be used as a book end, ornament, paper weight or for display on a bookcase, desk, mantelpiece or window cill.

The slate is hand carved to form a cute dog shape and a heart in the surface above, it is then painted with a purple enamel paint and then partially filled with clear resin. The striking effect of shiny smooth purple on slate is classy and tactile to touch.
