Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

New baby gift set. New baby card, gift tag and wooden heart keepsake.
Say congratulations to someone who has had a new baby with this set which includes a handmade card, gift tag and wooden keepsake.
The card measures 15 x 15 cms and has been layered with a black paper background with gold stars, this is continued on the inside. A die cut cuddly bear sleeps on a brown spotty cloud with a balloon. The wording Hello Baby appears on the card.
The front of the card has been shaped to reveal a little bunny holding a line with two hearts on the inside of the card.
The set includes a handmade gift tag with a bunny holding a line with a heart and a ribbon with the words tiny hands & tiny feet.
A wooden keepsake completes the set. The little hanging decoration features the words Hello Baby and a cute laser engraved lion. A cloud and little heart have been added for detail. The decoration has a little ribbon with the words Tiny Hands & Tiny Feet.
