Hello! I am a freelance artist & illustrator, whose work is created using a mixture of chalk pastel, pencil and coloured pencil. Full description
"Somewhere in Between". This delicate and ethereal chalk pastel and pencil drawing was inspired by a beautiful stone angel in my local cemetery. The title summarises how I felt that the stone angel embodied a feeling of being here, whilst simultaneously existing in, and pointing to, the Ethereal. I challenged myself not to 'finish' it too much, to keep it as subtle and delicate as a feather.
Height 30cm by Width 28.5cm.
