Oxidised silver studs set with rectangular garnets with circular dangles.
These rectangular garnets are a lovely dark red colour.
I have textured the sterling silver sheet by fusing silver dust to the surface, then used it to make the studs and rings. The settings are fine silver. The posts and butterflies sterling silver.
I have oxidised the metal dark, then rubbed it back, leaving the oxide in the recesses.
The earrings are lightweight despite their size.
The stud tops measure 15mm x 8mm and the rings are 20mm x 5mm the drop from the ear post to the bottom is 3.5cm . Total drop just under 4cm
